Crisis Management & Communication
Your role in a crisis is multi-faceted and critical. One of the primary concerns will be providing expert counsel to the leaders of your organization regarding framing and delivering the organization’s public response. You will need to consider the appropriateness of the information to be shared during and immediately after the crisis. If you share too little, you may raise suspicions; divulge too much and you could create serious liability for the organization.
