Pearls to Power: Personal Strategy for Women

The Pearls to Power Coaching Program for women is a personal strategy course specifically for women. Its creation is driven by a recognition that women face unique challenges and barriers in their personal and professional lives. These challenges may include discrimination, bias, and lack of representation in leadership roles, all of which can make it more difficult for women to set and achieve their goals.

Additionally, research has shown that women tend to have different leadership styles and priorities than men and benefit from tailored development opportunities that take these differences into account. This program is designed to address these specific challenges and provide women with the tools and resources they need to navigate them.

Furthermore, the program is developed based on the idea that many women, especially in certain cultures and societies, are not accustomed to thinking strategically about their personal and professional lives and may benefit from learning how to do so. The Pearls to Power Program is designed to empower women to take control of their careers and lives, and to provide them with the skills and knowledge they need to achieve their goals.

Dr. Pam, trained as an organizational and behavioral economist, is the founding director of Driven Performance Consulting and is adept at diagnosing individual and organizational performance problems. She designs and executes effective solutions (through coaching, consulting, and training programs) that work well to improve employee experience.
