Leadership & Organisational Culture - A Survey about SMEs

Are you working at an SME (Small or Medium-sized Enterprise with 100 employees or less) in the Kingdom of Bahrain or the UAE?

Dr Aloma Jayasundera from the Kingdom of Bahrain and Dr Pam Jackson from the UAE invite you to participate in a survey that explores the relationship between leadership style and company culture in SMEs in these two countries, where we reside and work. In particular, this academic work is significant and focuses on discovering the type of leadership style and company culture in SMEs in these GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries.

Your participation is voluntary, and you are free to withdraw at any time. Your responses are confidential and your identity is anonymous unless you choose otherwise. The survey should not take more than 5 minutes to complete, and there are no risks associated with participating in this survey.

Please feel free to share this survey within your circle who may wish to contribute.

Thank you in advance.
